About Us

Kalangadoo, 1st November 2024

Weather is getting nicer down here in the Southeast of South Australia - We are always the last ones to see spring coming and we love when the sun is finally warming up our fields.

Our pots are blooming, and our plants and rootstock are growing well, keeping us busy with the usual maintenance jobs in the field and with the delivery of the potted roses you are ordering online.

Is it already time to order new roses? Yes, definitely!

It could be a potted plant or a bare root rose, but it's always a good time to plan a new rose bed, or replace an old one, and go through our big selection of roses.

Please remember, in winter we pack and deliver bare root roses orders following their numerical order; so, if you place your bare root order now, you will be one of the first customers to receive your roses.

If you need to plant your roses early July (when we normally start posting our bare root roses) because you are planning to go on holiday, or because you live in a warm region, visit our 2025 Collection today and place your order as soon as you can.

And if you cannot wait until next winter, have a look at our big selection of potted roses: you order them now and they will be posted in the following few days.

We are also happy to announce that we now have the complete list of David Austin varieties that are allowed to be grown in Australia, for a total of 65 varieties!

Organise your Christmas Gifts now

Potted Roses can be a perfect gift for any gardener, and Christmas is a great opportunity to deliver this gift.

We normally pause our deliveries for potted roses around two weeks before Christmas, to avoid the usual delays with Australia Post and the risk for you to receive the plants after the holiday break.

So, this is what we suggest to you - Order your gift this month, don't wait too long; then leave your pot in a sunny place in your garden or balcony and simply water it every day.

You will have a beautiful plant ready for the day you need it, avoiding the stress of Christmas rush.

Our new Felco Products are also a great gift idea, and our Greeting Cards will perfectly complete your present.
